Reunion Double Up pass compensation

Any word on when the compensation pack for those that purchased the double up bundle will get paid out? I know the crystals that disappeared for those that didn't buy the pack will probably get paid out after the event ends, would we have to wait the same for the crystals in the compensation Crashed mentioned for bundle buyers?

Can we get some idea when the compensation for the people who purchased the double up offer is coming? Or was it fully abandoned?

I know it was communicated that the people who lost crystals but did not buy the offer are getting stuff back at the end of the event, but no timeline has been given for people who purchased the offer.
