Atleast with missing the stunned opponent, I think its because WS is still getting up, and can't be hit yet, but it's also fairly late into the animation so I'm not sure

But yeah that blocked hit is stupid, been hit with it a few times myself

Even in arena it feels like some champs have that node that reduces the amount of time stunned each time you stun them or they just immediately shrugg it off

The second one alright. Champion usually have some iframes when knocked down. Delay your hit a bit and you can go attack them
