Hulk is, silk unfortunately not

Duped Hulk is a monster, Silk kinda needs it for the utility. I’d still go Hulk, and he’ll be one of the best options for the next 2 metas

Definitely hulk then, especially if you run inequity

It's between whether you love stun locking or not stressing bout dexing tough specials.

Silk has the utility if you like to think while fighting, Hulk is a no brainer raw damage

I have both as R2
I would prefer Silk for the utility... Mine is duped though

Can't go wrong with either.
