6* Community Rank Up Advice

I'm looking for community advice on which 6 Stars to take up to rank 5. This rank up has nothing to do with prestige, it is strictly for character abilities. All champs are awakened and at high signature ability.

Tech: Infamous Iron Man or Omega Sentinel. (I was leaning more towards Omega Sentinel)

Cosmic: Hercules, Beta Ray Bill, Superior Iron Man, or Cosmic Ghost Rider. I can take 2 Cosmic's up to rank 5. (I was leaning towards Hercules and Superior Iron Man, or Hercules and Beta Ray Bill. Cosmic Ghost Rider does a lot of damage as well, and also has great abilities. It would be Hercules and one of the others).

    Is it for BG, AW, AQ, long form content, SOS or just for fun. Some champs excel on certain aspects of the game more.

    Strictly for playing harder content. I haven’t played an AW or AQ in over 5 years now.
