I’ve been hoarding resources hoping to get some top champs to rank up. Unfortunately my first 21 7-star champs have been sub par


That being said - of this group, which 3 should I rank 2 first?

    Chavez is one of those champions who should never stay at r1 no matter what.

    Wolfie bishop adam vox all are great champs as well. Don't rank up titania rn, Wait until she's fixed.

    Titania is still great, doesn't have to be optimal rotation.
    Chavez, Wofl, Titania, Bishop, Cheelth, Vox all great.
