Chavez is one of those champions who should never stay at r1 no matter what.

Wolfie bishop adam vox all are great champs as well. Don't rank up titania rn, Wait until she's fixed.

Titania is still great, doesn't have to be optimal rotation.
Chavez, Wofl, Titania, Bishop, Cheelth, Vox all great.
