Regarding New aw tactics: pain point or ai issue?

In the above pic, the underined sentence says cannot gain powergain if there sps gets punished which means we have to regularly punish there sps in order to keep powergain in check alongside the debuffs since it cannot get lower than 25% which still i think is lot specially for defenders who have in built powergaining ability.

Considering there are so many issues happening how AI is interracting in aws.
One of the main which can be the pain point of this coming season is: ai parrying 8/10 times whenever attacker goes to punish there sps. Or they dash back at the same time when attacker dashes in to punish their sp just to get light intercepted by ai or dash back intercept into full combo.

I have already stopped punishing ai sps in bgs. But now that punishing sp is one key factor in keep powergain in check in aw tactics, not sure what to do if ai keep doing parry or dash-back / light intercepts whenever we try to punish their sps..

What do you all think: is it a pain point or ai thing that we cannot punish ai sps as frequently as we used to before.??

First go at this tactic in off season and it feels overtuned (again).
There are some painful champ/ node/ global interactions.
Crazy number of deaths in our first war.
