Summoners Choice Crystal

So I was spinning my summoners choice crystal and the game crashed in the middle of it spinning. But my real problem is when I respun it, it showed me duping my hulk after already being signature 99 and even got a max sig. crystal. But when I went to my champions it showed that I got a new Mephisto, which was the champion I would have gotten after hulk. I would really like to keep Mephisto because this bug and the game crashing is a little irritating.
