Of those 3, CB and BC have a lot of overlap in what they do (DAAR) but cat does bleeds and bones purifies debuffs pretty consistently if you have him high sig. A lot comes down to what content you are doing and what you typically struggle with. I would lean towards cat personally since she is fairly nutty with that black widow relic.
