There is "30% chance to miss basic attacks".
Just used sp1 Sandman on Wikkan with power gain already active and missed a whole attack.
Tier 2 Node 36.

    Was he heal blocked? As u need a heal block to not miss

    It is a bit glitchy, I've had a few champions starting with a power gain off rip.

    It is "30% for basic attacks" and it was special one that missed. @Bendy

    This should be updated to "all attacks" including specials. This will be updated shortly.

    In game text was wrong the aw 52 notes said incoming all attacks
