Exalted Crystal from Gold and Platinum Track

I just finished both the gold and platinum tracks and I’m 1000 exalted crystal shards short of another crystal. Why would we not get enough shards to fully form this crystal? We don’t get exalted shards from anywhere else. I feel like i was ripped off. I paid for something that i didn't get. I didn’t miss any days but you guys didn’t put enough in there to form the last crystal. Can you guys correct this?

    What's your story progression? I am guessing Paragon, because Valiant got right around 3 full crystals.
    I'd also be willing to bet a couple bucks that exalted crystal shards will progress in their availability going forward, just like mythic shards.

    I’ve also checked my account and I have only 7000 shards. My whole calendar is completed and It doesn’t shows that I’ve missed any day in the track ( All the days are marked ✅ )

    You definitely missed something then. I got valiant part of the way through so I missed some shards, but I opened 2 exalted crystals and currently have 5500 shards.
    Or are you just complaining because you couldn't fully form a third crystal?

    I do want the last 1000 too, but what do you mean, exalted crystals are not why you bought the plat pass. They’re not ripping you off because you got everything they advertised and offered. Also some crystals came from the free pass.

    However i do find it it weird they decided to do 1000 less from a fully former one.

    I am Valiant, didn’t miss a day, and OP is exactly right. I’m sitting at 9000 of these shards now. Why are you taking swipes at them when you when you have even fewer shards than they do??
    Not taking swipes at all. My first reading of the post read like they didn't form a single crystal, so that was the assumption I started with, which they didn't correct after my first comment about forming nearly 3 full crystals. Everyone makes mistakes.

    I’m valiant, missed nothing, and i’m 9000 too. seems weird but sometimes they do this. Probably someone at Kabam messed up, or they have an offer coming that includes 1,000 or neither…

    I have 10,750. Must get them from somewhere else. Are these shards in the AW solo event or another event?

    I’m Valiant, didn't miss a day, and only have 9,000 as well. Not sure it it was intended or an error.

    Valiant as well. Maybe I opened one earlier in the event (I doubt it) and don't remember, but I'm also at 9000 shards and didn't open one.

    Anyone ever figure out whether being a thousand short of another Exalted Crystal was intentional or an error?
