Why would you make such an aggressive accusation of another player when the issue is not their gameplay, but your lack if understanding?
This is why it takes the team so much longer than it needs to to find the real cheaters, because salty players can't get over a fair loss because of what they think was supposed to happen.

1. Don't post nickname and pic of the name, blur it and never mention the name
2. If you really think he cheating, just report using tickets, not here to complaint
3. Ask your friends and ally before post here, invistigate first
4. Id none of them helping, just post and ask nice is the fight can be done

6. The really important thing is DON'T jump to conclusion and accuse someone cheating
