So, last season and this too, I'm only facing pay2win accounts at 3 mil rating with 2 full line of 7r3s. Is there any system in works to prevent this kind off ****????
I mean I'm a free to play and have 5 rank rank3s how am I supposed to compete with this??

Open competition for open rewards.
Not everyone can reach top rewards as it also requires top deck and top heroes.

What I like to do is start BG on day-1, play till I lose 3 straight games then take 3 days break, repeat.

To answer your question about pairing players up by rating, the answer is no. We've been there before and it was awful. Why? Because Uncollected accounts made it to the Gladiator's Circuit while Paragon accounts didn't. When everyone is going after the same rewards, the only fair matchmaking is based on tier and nothing else. If you base it solely on rating, then the lower your account the easier time you have progressing. "Pay to win" or not, how would it be fair that better rewards are more easily accessible by smaller accounts?
Your options are - take what you can get based on your account and skill, progressing each season towards better rewards because you don't have a ceiling and can improve each season...
Or start campaigning for a lower tier of BGs where you can be the big man on the totem pole, but rewards are capped in line with what the average player around your level is able to achieve in the "pay to win" BGs.

Without those kids with their mom’s credit cards, we wouldn’t have this game to argue about. Game would have withered and died years ago.

Get as far as u can, use regards to improve your roster, and move along.

So enjoy the game and stop putting so much emotion into it. If you can't enjoy it, don't play it. I can only assume that if you are FTP and your account is that big that you remember a time before BGs. No one is making you play them, and they didn't take rewards away from anything else. You can skip it.

And PTW will only drive one thing - the game's continued existence.
