AI is cheating unbelievably.

There are multiple game plays with these issues. Give arena a try and see how the AI blocks some of your specials. How you can't trigger their sp1 or 2 at times. The attackers health will barely flinch. Your sp's will get hacked when you know you hit the sp and so on. Be on the look out for things that are not normal when you have played this game for awhile. It become evident.
Kabam says they are fixing it, but that is a crock of BS. It's been too long.
They don't care.
Boycott for change, that's all you can do to get them to truly fix things.

This is just paranoia and delusion.
The AI isn't perfect and it's current hightened awareness to reparry is a significant issue, and passive AI that doesn't want to throw specials has been happening forever. But they're not taking reduced damage and they're not "hacking" your specials.
Present evidence. You can't say things are "evident" without evidence.

Idk but one thing I experience is AI surviving on 1% health after a big special unusually and repeatedly. This happens quite a lot in all game modes, against champs with no such specials damage cap/immortality abilities.

I have seen a lot of changes since then and they are not getting much better.
Try certain arena's or some other content in the game to see if I am paranoid or delusional.
Kabam has become greedy as hell and that has not changed.

Those of us that have been around long enough to know about ISO8A, know the history of those alliances.

You've claimed to be in that alliance, which were known for cheating, and you sold an account which is also against ToS. You've haven't done anything to help anyone in this thread.

You've claimed a 4* isn't taking any damage but don't have anything to back it up and provided no other details.

You've gone on to claim the games AI is some how cheating. Reflect on yourself and ask what you've really accomplished here.

My biggest problem with the AI right now is when I fight Enchantress and she refuses to throw a heavy attack when I need her to. that part of her kit is going to make her a nightmare BG defender.

You have had the option to educate the player base by providing evidence for your claims. Saying "go play arena and you'll find out" isn't evidence. I play plenty of arena, so if anything it is evidence that contradicts your claims.

Same reason KT1 wasn't banned for being a merc. Probably had to do with length of time as well as their capabilities now vs then.

Yes you are right AI has its problems and needs to be fixed; but you know what's another problem?
People with ridiculous problems blaming it on the AI just an excuse. What does the AI have anything to do with OP having problems in arena and feeling he is not doing damage with his 6*s?...
That is the main problem with a lot of players and the issues in the game. Same thing happened when the input issues started. Everyone was blame everything to the input issue.
I am not denying there is an AI issue at all; just saying some people are using it as a lame excuse for a lack of skill, I mean OP consideres himself a veteran with a 7 year break from playing rofl...
