How do I submit a support ticket?

Hi, this is my first time doing this so sorry if it has been mentioned somewhere. I accident clicked on the 2700 unit EQ deal as it popped up on my screen. It was unintentional as I was trying to tap something else before it popped up with the deal lining up. This happened 10mins ago and I haven’t used any of the items that came with the deal. Is there a way to request for a refund please?

    In game under the cog there should be a support option

    I did the same thing, they reversed the purchase for me
