Should we get reimbursed units and potions for lag

Crazy it won’t let me post a video to prove how bad the game is glitching to show we deserve a reimbursement. This game does it all the time but haven’t done anything to fix it it seems. Tired of using a medium attack as the defender retreats just for it to miss or block when it should have landed but instead get capitalized and cost a champ or a good amount of a champs life. Fix this cause I’m over this scam
