Raid revives refund

I used 2 revives prior to AQ Raids being canceled. Will those be refunded prior to the restart? Thank you

All they've announced so far is tickets, but whatever they refund won't be given out prior to raids starting. They stated that their goal is by the end of the day.

If they refund it will be after it starts and them looking at data on what people used

It would be helpful if they reset the Level 2 Raid Revive counter so those who used some can get 7 to start like everyone else.
