2-Star War Machine not included?

So far I have seen every single previously-released 2* champs on the Collector Crystal, except for 4: Deadpool, Punisher, Unstoppable Colossus, and War Machine.

The first three being excluded is reasonable, but War Machine? He was available in the Civil War event before. Why not adding him back to this Collector Crystal?

    I haven't seen anybody pull him yet. And he hasn't even shown up during the spin.

    It includes every 1* and 2* that is included in Daily Crystal & PHC, plus 1* version of Spider-Man, Wolverine, Iron Man, Hawkeye, Juggernaut, Vision (Age of Ultron); and 2* version of the following champions:

    Magneto (Marvel NOW!), Old Man Logan, X-23, Agent Venom, Blade, Crossbones, Daredevil (Netflix), Kingpin, Moon Knight, Red Hulk, Thor (Ragnarok), Captain America (WWII), Electro, Joe Fixit, Luke Cage, Quake, Spider-Gwen, Spider-Man (Miles Morales), Doctor Strange, Dormammu, Ghost Rider, Loki, Morningstar, The Hood, Thor (Jane Foster), Angela, Carnage, Groot, King Groot, Ms. Marvel (Kamala Khan), Spider-Man (Symbiote), Venom, Venompool, Civil Warrior, Doctor Octopus, Green Goblin, Spider-Man (Stark Enhanced), Vulture
