Trader Outpost confusion

So do we just buy the “banquet bundle tickets” and save those up for the 7 star sinister bundle? Will there be leftover to buy the other bundles or do we have to save them all up if we want the 7 star sinister?

Thanks for the graphic, this is very helpful. When they say without spending, do they mean without spending cash or without spending extra units? Because I’m not gonna spend money on the banquet but I do have tons of units saved for the banquet, will I get extra if I spend the units on banquet stuff or no?
