Can’t find resources from nigh-invulnerable crystal

Opened the crystal from the special calendar. Got one gold coin type thing and 250 silver something’s. When you tapped them in the selector screen the pop-up just said “Resource.” So I’m not sure what they were.

After restarting the game, I still don’t see either items anywhere in my inventory, stash or the resource summary at the top of the screen.

Anybody have ideas?

Same Here. I picked the "Consolation Prize" of 1 Gold Coin and 150 of the other resources and was rewarded with neither!

I opened my crystal and got 1 gold coin and 500 silver coins. Unfortunately it is showing I have 0 of both. I have restarted my game several times.

I opened, they don't appear in inventory but if I go to the traders market and click on one of the items, they are there so they have registered at least for me, so I wouldn't worry about it

Go to the store and click on Chelisp and you will see that you have one gold token. It’s there you just can’t see it in your inventory.

I opened my crystal earlier and see that I never received the resources. A timeframe when the compensation will come out would be appreciated.

Also, the amount of bugs lately has been a bit overwhelming. I feel like we’re all just beta testers at this point. It’s frustrating.
