Invulnerable Crystal bug?

Hello! I recently opened the game and received a near invulnerability crystal or something, and when I opened it it gave me silver tokens and a gold one, and when I exited the crystal screen..
It appeared to me that I hadn't gotten anything!
I know very well that I opened the crystal because it had a picture of titania and had background selectors as decoration. And I already checked, I closed the game and opened it again and it was still at zero. Any solution?
