You can use Android/ios but not at same time. I have had no issues with my android and ipad.
It is likely the affected account was logged in from different locations at the same time which is case of account sharing.

This is her dad btw you know if you have kids what it's like she has it on ipad and her new Samsung phone and she's bought the the pass thing and has the monthly contract thing where you get scarlet witch

Yeah she has logged in between Iphone and samsung and I log in with my phone now and then

U can play on different devices its just depends whos playing it as ive swapped across 2 ipads and an android phone fine

That's not correct. I swap between devices all the time, going on 8+ years

Included is the device taking the picture, an iphone.

Also OP, when you're logged onto one device and try to log on to another, it just kicks you out.

There's another issue that bumps the 7 day ban directly to a 30 day ban.

i have used many devices.
i swap back and forward between my tablet and my phone all the time. often log in from my phone whilst still open on my table. so it kicks me off the tablet.
i like using the tablet cus the big screen but prefer the input and stuff from doing my aw and hard content on my iphone.
