I sadly got no rewards from todays code

As the title says I got no rewards from the code even though it said I claimed the rewards. Then once I went into the game I didn’t get any message saying I got the crystals and I even checked in case it was actually in there but I didn’t get any message about.

I also turned off my phone then went back in but it didn’t work either so if you guys have any ideas that could work I’d appreciate that.
