Hulkling Immunity Not Working

I tried to fight Red Skull using Hulkling and Hitting into the block of Red Skull causes the attacker to be Power Drained, but Hulkling is immune to Power Drain and the Hulkling is being Power Drained. It is some kind of bug / is it only happening to me.

Is he losing power or taking damage because those are separate interactions. The damage doesn’t happen because of the power drain same thing happens with Galan

Key word in the ability description is AND

Two things happen when Red Skull blocks an attack:

1) He power drains you.
2) He deals damage.

Being immune to power drain doesn't negate the damage. Those are two separate things.
