Event completion rewards missing

Just got the emails for rewards for cosmic advancement and level up, level up had the items attached. Cosmic advancement didn’t. I restarted multiple times.

    Did you already claim them from Stash-Rewards ?

    They often appear in Stash prior to the actual Rewards Game Mail coming to your Inbox.

    I’m really weird and never claim from rewards tab so I can see what gave me what reward
