Day 6 nigh crystal bug?

On two different accounts I have claimed day 6 nigh Crystal but it's not in my crystals. Anybody else having this problem?

Same problem here. I claimed the crystal and it’s nowhere to be found. It’s just comical at this point with how broken this game is.
