Photon taking thorns damage

I noticed last night while fighting attuma in BGs with photon that she finished that fight with about 60% health. Was baffled cause I didn't get hit. Realized I was taking thorns damage, which shouldn't happen since all of her attacks are energy damage. I've used her for attuma for quite a long time now. Thought maybe it was just in BGs but it happened with the attuma boss in EQ this month as well. Hopefully it's an easy fix, while she's not a hard counter and can't keep his hydration in check, she is an option in BGs if you don't get to draft shuri. Any info on this @KabamDORK

    Photons attacks are energy but they still make contact

    The only way to avoid the damage is using non-contact attacks. It has nothing to do with the damage type.

    Weird cause she has worked before for a long time. Maybe it was a bug and got fixed. Yeah y'all are right though. Thanks fellas.
