Spending 180 tickets in RAIDS are not easy. Due to the mix-up at Kabam, they kindly decided to compensate the fallen 360 or 180 Raid tickets in their fullest, along with a Glory compensation to follow for the 2 weeks worth of missed AQs/Raids. The rewards we have received, however, include 5 AQ Energy Refills, 5 Level 5 AQ Heal Potions and 5 Level 4 AQ Heal Potions (do correct if I'm missing anything, but I counted 3 items). Now I realize that they might be helpful for players without a stock of potions for AQ; but in my opinion, it certainly does not even come close to 180 RAID tickets, let alone 360, and well let alone 10k Glory for the 2 weeks as well.
Scammed. One word to sum it all - scammed. In reality, the time, effort, and resources invested by players were significantly more than what was returned. It’s disappointing to see a developer downplay the impact of such an error, leaving us feeling undervalued and, ultimately, scammed. It’s not just about the items — it’s about the recognition of our commitment and fair compensation for our efforts. Until a proper resolution is provided, this “compensation” feels like a slap in the face to the entire community.
