War enlistment not change to join or place

I am at my pick mindset to quit this game 2nd time with these bugs scenario.
Situation is, i joined new alliance, and the new after joining i sense that, yeah, I cannot join war and quest, but natural, correct?

Now 3 wars gone, i still got message 'you are allow to participant one alliance war at a time'
But i amnot participating anywhere :')

Leader clears all war spaces still things shows "spectate".
I have almost 13k prestige. And this is literally frustrating because how to report this, also a baseless empire for me.

Submit a Request to Kabam, have them check why you're still locked.
Is it that you are still having your defenders in place in old alliance ?

They have been able to clear that out for others before.
