Serpent gains an even long immort that makes him even more annoying and stalls even more

I feel like a lot of people are sleeping on Photon's sig.

It helps lower their block proficiency so more block damage, and it feeds more debuffs so inequity makes her more tankier. Also it helps on attack too (not as much as defense)

It gives her neutralize immunity, making her the best Rintrah and Wiccan counter. Plus it will be useful when they introduce more neutralize nodes

Domino doesn't need high sig imo. 95% of time someone is going to use a tech champ who takes no damage from crit failure. Low sig is enough to get a win.

Serpent sig doesn't scale well imo.

I hadn't actually looked at how Serpents sig scaled but my god , it only adds 1 second after 100 sigs. Thats pretty terrible.

I see that you lack reading comprehension, where did i state that hers was the best? Just that people are sleeping on it. Dominos is also just as good
