Arcades Game Rank Up Gem not working

I have an Arcades rank up gem for 7* 1-2 when I try to use it it shows the champs I can use it on but when I click to upgrade one it doesn’t show the gem as an option for use to upgrade, just shows catalysts and standard rank up gems. Same problem in my second account.

Anyone else?

If you have multiple rank up gems available, you’ll need to hit the arrow to cycle through them.
