What about those who do AQ but don’t have ability to play the new version and are stuck with only regular maps do to low alliance numbers. I play AQ and got zero compensation of anything even though started both maps. Where is the comp for those players?

Hey folks, following along with the teams progress and trying not to bug them too much for status updates on this and it looks like we should be in a position to send this out today. As mentioned before to fix the issue with the comp we had to rebuild it and then that rebuilt one required testing to try and prevent the same issue from happening all over again. That testing was being done yesterday and was why it did not go out in the afternoon/evening. So, now that its done, Im hoping its not too long now before it goes out today. However it is still early here so will need to be just a little more patient. Y'all have already been incredibly patient so far and we are extremely thankful for that.

I didn't get a message ingame but the previous comp (with some raid tickets now added) became claimable in stash this morning (at least for me) although it seemed a bit light on the normal amount of glory get usually

My guess is the old comp that was in stashes somehow got updated to the new comp and became claimable, but they haven't actually sent out the updated comp yet which is why so many are saying they didn't get a message and don't have anything in the stash (because they also didn't before). We didn't get an update yesterday that said the comp was going out, only that it might go out. So I am guessing they haven't actually sent it out yet.

If you got into raids last week then you won't be getting the raid chest comp. The only comp you will get is for the week of AQ that was missed because of raids being pushed a week.
I wasn’t able to get into those first 2 Raids cycles, but our whole alliance was able to participate last week. So I only ever spent 180 tickets.

It may not be a satisfying or enjoyable answer, but because Kabam didn't say they were going to issue comp for players that didn't make it into raids before they took them down. So yes, some of us missed out and unfortunately nothing is going to happen to remedy that. Just like how those who missed raids last week are going to get all the raid rewards for free while the rest of us had to pay 180 tickets and put in effort for them. Regardless of what end of the deal you're on, a lot of players are drawing a short straw on this issue somewhere and it sucks.

I mean I guess it balances out in a way. Our ranked Raid rewards that came out Monday were hella high (like top 50) So I guess my reward was T4A fragments I usually wouldn’t make quite the cutoff for.

It takes 30-seconds to post an apology, can't get it out today will have more updates next week. It's lazy, it's unprofessional and all it shows is Kabam don't give a **** about their players.
