Just landed this guy from a Titan.
I don’t have any high ranked variations of Hood but i do like him,..does he need to be awakened?,..and is he decent?

Great champ but high sig is nice. He’s not unusable unawakened but he won’t be as fast

As a seasoned hood user I would say he does need to be awakened. It gives him so much utility and easier and smoother loop. High sig preferably but also preferably awakened

He wants high sig , but might work at lower sig for 7* . wait for videos as people get and dupe him
