Bunch of new champions who to upgrade

Just got 6*mole man, 5*america chavez, onslaught and morbius from the promo code - any thoughts on which to upgrade first and who’s best? I’m thinking mole man first but aside from that?
Note I’m also currently upgrading my 5* rank 3 sunspot and have 5* rank 4 omega red. Am also keeping 4*she hulk and Diablo in my starting just cuz none of the other 5* are ranked high enough - any advice on what to do there

    All of them. 6* first but I would love a chavez. Her over Onslaught for attack.
