@Kabam Miike @Kabam Lyra Hi i just wanted to say that in the homecoming even tab i opened 16 free crystals as a batch but it counted as 2 so is it a bug or i should oen 1 by 1 like a noob ?

Firstly welcome back.

Secondly, current there are so many bugs in the game, so not sure if the Kabam team will be replying to this. If it doesn't really affect you much, I would advice more on with it.

If it does affect you badly then maybe submit a ticket through Kabam Customer Support.

Thirdly, Kabam Miike and Kabam Lyra is no long work for Kabam.

It is now @Kabam Pinwheel and @Kabam Dork that are the community manager, but again they seem to be dealing with a lot these days, so they might reply to your post (nothing personal).
