Apologies for the delay on this update as we wanted to be sure of the issue and next steps.
As you may have already experienced, the Compensation of last (last... last) week's AQ Rewards had a coding error that rendered it unclaimable.
The good news? We've identified the issue, and how to fix it!
However, it will require us to rebuild the Compensation and resend it - which is going to take at least another day.
We understand this isn't the result you wanted to hear, but with a fix in the works, we're confident we'll finally be able to move past this.
