Well my First 2 7 star are Shocker and peni Which one should i focus on more and why?

Shocker. He is a monster. Great for bgs.

Peni is great champ as well. Suitable for questing and bg defense.

Rank up shocker first then rank peni if you didn't pull anyone better.
