@Kabam need help asap with email.

Hello Kabam,
I was trying to link my email with another email for security reasons but however, my original email was removed or something im not sure. Therefore i do not have access to my original account to have contact with you guys regarding anything like kabam ticket. I contacted Microsoft to resolve this issue and this is what theh said. However, the new email is not connected to my old email therefore i still cant contact you guys except through forums.
Im requesting you guys to change my email, ill provide the necessary requirements.

Please help me.

Heres another info i found highlightef in yellow. My original email alias is now removed and cant be recovered but that is connected to my game so i cant change it or even the password. Please help out asap.

Kabam can change the account connected to his account. Given what I’ve seen above, I’m not confident he’d be able to prove ownership of the account.

Those pictures are from Microsoft support, they said once the alias email has been changed (mind you that i only linked my other email) you cant retrieve your old one.

You can use another email to contact support, I don't use the one attached to my game account and it is fine. You just have to prove yourself by answering account creation date, first purchase, original name that stuff.

what ever device you play on should have the info on when your purchases were made if its from the same account. as for account creation date i don't know you have to get it as close to when you started as you can. go to contact support and create an account then submit a ticket.

But doesn’t say for sure whether that Alias was actually removed (just that you can’t use the Alias to sign in to Microsoft).

The last 5:05pm message from them seemed to say that “it will still share all the data” as your Hotmail Alias.

So, can you try sending an email to that Hotmail alias address, and see if you actually receive it when looking at your Outlook address emails ?
If so, if Kabam sends an email to the Hotmail one, you’ll still be receiving it in your Outlook one.

Anyways, you can still be using that address and password for logging into MCOC. (MCOC doesn’t care if it is a valid email for purposed of logging into game. Just that you can’t receive email communication back from them if it is not. Which I guess is why you are wanting to change it ???)

Thats the thing. I receive nothing on the new alis email from kabam. My original game account is locked to my old Alias email so when i try to change the pass, i dont receive any code on the new alias email, im assuming it goes to the old one which i dont have access to

Iphone. I have my app store and i see all my achievements and purchases since 2017 and there so my earliest date creation i guessed based on the achievment. The my original name where i do remember cos its my name, same as forum. Yet kabam keeps saying its not mstching, i just need to change my password and email.

They are both the same
xlx_******@hotmail.com. Never ever changed them.

Is hotmail still around? I thought Microsoft retired it.
I would use a modern address and work with kabam support to move your account from old ass hotmail to a different email.

You can still use your hotmail to login on Microsoft, its just that after linking my email, it deleted it self and i didnt know

I have access to my app account. All my achievments and purchases are there and when i contact kabam to set a new email (as my old one is gone) but kabam says they dont match or missing info, they dont tell me what more info. I even attached pictures of my purchases and name and achievement and when i created my account

How does that help me in terms of changing my password ingame or email? According to the screen shots i have no access to my original email, its permanently deleted

Correct, i used the same email address on my apple id/Game Center and on my mcoc account
