Goldpool crystals

I collected today's login rewards and part of those rewards are the 8 goldpool crystals (day 22).

When I tried opening them, they are nowhere to be found.

I also noticed this happened for day 19 (8 more goldpool crystals).

Is this a known issue? Is it only happening to me?
