But why did they change this timer? Used to be set to reset at a specific time but now it's similar to the in game one and resets when you claim? It's already annoying in game, but now the webstore too

    There didn’t change to the same times as in game one at least not for me there changed it to when the game normally get new content out that’s times sorry for the explain is a bit hard to understand

    I just claimed my crystal and it says the next one is available in 2 hours and 12 minutes

    Change the time to the same as when contest from drop. Kind like reset time

    I have also noticed this. In my opinion, it is better to have a similar reset time for both content drops and the daily web updates. If the calendar reset time matched as well, there would be only one reset times to remember, and everything would happen at once.

    I don't think so, just someone reviving an old thread or they just noticed it recently

    For as long as I can remember it would reset at the same time no matter when you claimed it.

    For my time zone it was like 2 AM EST or something that it would reset.

    Then a few weeks back it changed. It started giving me a 24 hour timer from the time that I claimed it.
    Ex. If I waited later in the day and didn’t claim it til like 7 PM then I’d get a 24 hour timer and wouldn’t be able to claim it again until 7 PM the next day.

    Now since I think this past Monday the reset timer has changed again and it seems to reset at 2 PM EST regardless of when you claimed the available crystal.

    I’m just looking for some clarification on why the reset timers keep changing so I can simply set a new reminder for myself to quickly claim the crystal and move on with my day. If they stick with the reset at a specific time no matter when you claim it I think that’s the best option.

    On the second though, you may be right. I didn't pay attention to the timers at all.
    Haven't missed a daily crystal but I remember not getting the 5k 5* shards(not that I care) this week.
    You are maybe on to somthing.

    Mine changed again. I had both Valiant free crystals lined up synchronously, and now one is mid-day and one is evening.



    These two crystals are never claimed at different times by me, and yet they now have different claim clocks.

    Daily in game off timing by a few more hours…



    Please just go back to the old timing system. If this to boost engagement, it’s actually boosting vexation instead.

    The change was absolutely unnecessary, it’s another thing that creates frustration for no reason. Why change the parts of the games players like and make them worse?

    And they’re off again. Had gotten timing worked out so I could claim both daily free Valiants over breakfast, but somehow the clock tripped and I’m now ~six hours off again.

    What is going on here? I feel like Steven Grant waking up to find Marc has totally mixed up my timer while I was sleeping.
