Got a 5* rocket racoon wanna get some opinions on this if i were to dupe should i r4 him

He hits like a truck. Squishy, but powerful. I'm sure people will say wait for another Tech, but I would.

I dont have sl yet so i could prolly wait for years till i get him lol

I'd do it. Rocket hits hard if you keep him moving.
