Hello Summoners,
With all the moving parts and updates this situation has become admittedly confusing - I spoke with the Game Team, and we're going to lay out & break this all down from start to finish.
On September 2nd, the first RAID week launched with a misplaced starting node.
This caused us to cancel the RAID to fix the node and restart the AQ week on Day 2.
On Day 2, many Alliances were unable to enter... Due to this, we decided to cancel the RAID week in its entirety and Refund ALL RAID tickets used to enter RAIDS on both days (either 180 or 360).
Additionally, Compensation (the PRIOR week's AQ Rewards) was decided to be sent to impacted players - however, since this was a repeat of the prior week's Rewards, to qualify for this specific Compensation, you need to have played AQ with your current Alliance the week before, starting August 26th.
The next week, on September 9th, Tickets were refunded to Players who entered RAIDS the previous week - along with a general AQ Potion & Energy Refill Compensation Package.
RAIDS launched again on this day... but still, many Alliances were unable to enter.
The RAID proceeded as scheduled, however, impacted Alliances who were enlisted for RAIDS the week of September 2nd - and were unable to enter RAIDS the week of September 9th due to Enlistment issues were determined to receive a Compensation package consisting of RAID Map rewards (3 RAID Chest Crystals, 7 Star Shards OR 6 Star Shards, Gold, Catalysts, etc).
This RAID Map Compensation was only sent to Players in Alliances who Enlisted for the PREVIOUS RAID and could not properly Enlist during the week of September 9th, after re-enlisting.
On September 18th, the Compensation consisting of the August 26th AQ Week Rewards was sent out to (most) qualifying Players - and due to a coding error, some items were unable to be claimed.
This Compensation lived in the Stash after the In-Game Message was removed, and after being fixed on Friday, the remaining items were able to be claimed from there.
The following week, on September 23rd, a final query was sent out to hit the remaining qualifying Players - if you had already claimed the Compensation through your stash, you would not have received a second package in the mail.
At this point, all Compensation has been sent out.
To Summarize, there were 4 Compensation Packages:
1) A General AQ Potion & Energy Package
2) Refunded RAID Tickets
3) The Previous Week's AQ Rewards
Only applicable to Players who participated in the previous week of AQ, starting August 26th
4) RAID Map Rewards
Only applicable to Alliances who were Enlisted for the first RAID & were Un-enlisted for the second on September 9th after Re-enlisting
We understand the frustration around this experience, rest assured we're actively taking steps to minimize these occurrences in the future.
Going forward, we will be devoting resources to this matter to ensure that we have the proper tools and processes in place to remedy these issues more sufficiently for all parties should they arise again.
