Is galan worth awakening? I have a cosmic gem, as well as skill and science.

    Where he's good he's great. I used him for the Red Skull in the event quest (was it this month or last, can't remember).

    However he doesn't need awaking, so don't use the Gem

    I should add he's great when
    * There are lots of armor ups
    * There is Power drain or Power Burn happening
