Best way to get rank up materials (Paragon)

So my Hulkling is r4 and I fear it’s why I can’t do the SoS fight well. When I scroll through store I just can’t seem to find something that looks like it’ll push me to being able to close the gap, where would a Paragon go for these materials?

I’ve done completion on act 8 and just finished 9.1.3

Exploration of act 8 and act 9 would help significantly, particularly act 9. Lots of T6CC, which will be your hardest thing to come by.
You can probably also get a bit from the glory store and BG store.

T6CC might only be for Valiant in the glory store then. I'd focus on as much of Act 9 as possible. It will be the quickest way.

Yeah. I’m gonna try 9.1.4, don’t have great boss counters though and don’t have a perfect Orochio(sp?) counter, except maybe 7r2 Onslaught. But it’s progress.

I can’t get valiant yet cause I can’t r3 7*s, which is kinda the same issue of r5 a 6* so I’m not sure where to go. But it sounds like finishing 9 then exploration will be that push for me.

Oh absolutely! I just only have like 700 units right now so(I’m assuming you’re referencing the SoS fight) if I can’t get Toad to like 80% I don’t revive. I just don’t have enough to 5-10% at a time and right now I die on the first special(either SP1 or 2) that is reverse controls and I think r5 would give me the health to then build up my regen and get to push.

You can get small amounts of t6 class cat fragments in glory store and BG store but it’s slow going - they’re cheaper as valiant. There’s more in Paragauntlet, might be a bit in TB exploration? If you do act 8 there are a few 6* r5 and 7* r2 gems and a bunch to t6cc, to get valiant you’ll either need to push to full exploration and do Act 9 for the t4a or do Necropolis; there are some t4a in Season Of Suffering rewards but as a Paragon you need to hit basically all the objectives you have to get them if I did my math right.

Thanks. I don’t have Kate or Aegon so no necropolis. This gives me some direction of where to kinda focus though to progress. Looks like exploration has been the number one possibility. Still stuck in SoS though. Got the defensive tank objective but just can’t get in with Hulkling
