Game Crashing in EQ ! Only me or anyone else also facing ?

I just started playing this game and I was playing Event Quest and in lowest difficulty(i don't remember what it was) in 3 or some quest there is a Red Skull boss. As I enter the fight, both champs run and game crashes. It happened 3 times back to back. I am using 4* rintrah rank 3 enhanced with dust. My device is Nothing Phone 2, 8GB 128GB
