Crushed issue

So many time it crushed when I begin to fight with my hero, when t resumed suddenly crushed again and my hero’s life was half reduced without a fight, it happened most of the time in a quest. I loose easily brace of this. Can you fix this crushed issue, before it only happened from my iPad now both of my celfone too.
