Raid invisible woman bug?

I use havok in this raid, when the first time I fought her, havok’s sp3 can deal damage.almost 1 million. But when I fought her again and again I found havok’s sp3 deal 0 damages although with 13 raid missions.
So is it a bug?

Bro she can’t reduce the damage from sp3 and she can’t reduce the damage to zero.
