[Android] Login issue, Crystal Vault soft lock

I recently got a new phone (Oppo A18) and wanted to play on my new device with an old account. I successfully logged in and started playing for a few minutes and closed the game

When I wanted to play again I ran into this issue I would login as normal and it would move me to the crystal vault and soft lock me with a Coming Soon. ( I will link a video )
