Mutant power boost not working

I was doing the 9.1.6 fight i was using red mags i purchased a 200% mutant power boost and activated it went into the fight builded up to an sp3 used it and i got zero power back twice 😡

It’s based on damage dealt - how many prowess did you have when you hit the sp3?
