Mr. Sinister Bug with sig and Regeneration rate

Mr. Sinister has a bug with his regen rate bulls eye is able to kill him . He’s not getting the 1% per hit as well as his sig ability is not scaling after defeating a science champ.

Can we get him fixed thanks

    If it's battle grounds, I think despair will affect him

    Same thing, also his science charges does not work. This bug started in august, still not fixed.

    I dont think despair affects his regen rate, only poison does
