Special Attacks video are black

Everytime I use 3rd special attack. It's black the attacks are down. Skip button is there but outside alliance Quest, war, battleground only. It's been 3 month this bug has been on my app. (Yes, I have unstalled and installed multiple times, even clear cache. Still remain.)

Are you using a Samsung device? I'm having the same on mine and it has been around for months. KABAM doesn't seem to be able to fix it. If this prolongs i might just quit playing this game. Ridiculous!!!

Yes, Samsung. Months Trick.
I just been pressing skip on non-aw, non-aq, non-bg & Incursion.

Kabam, this is still happening where my screen turn blank when I use 3rd special attack, it's been month and still updates are not solving the issue.

The same problem also happens on my device. I contacted support these days and all they could do for me was to flag this occurrence to the team that deals with the game's bugs.

This sucks because this problem has been going on for months and I have never seen them speak out about it

She was faster then you and also this is the bug section not the general chat section. But also, I that attack alot when I'm low on health and the other champ is low on each. It just happens. We learn and have fun with the game. U can't her next time.
